FAQ (each question should be a drop down)

Do I have to have a POTS diagnosis?

  • It takes the average person 4 years to receive a POTS diagnosis. I know the struggle because while I was waiting for my own diagnosis, my health continued to worsen. Don't wait for a diagnosis to begin supporting your health. Many of the lifestyle changes we discuss in this program are designed to help individuals facing a variety of health challenges, not just POTS.

Is this program a good fit for me?

  • If you're unsure whether the program is right for you, I'd be happy to meet with you for a free introductory call. You can ask questions, learn more about the different support options, and decide whether this feels like the right next step for you.

What if I only need help with one specific issue?

  • You'll still receive access to the entire program, but you're free to focus on what feels most relevant to you. Many clients are surprised by how helpful the other modules become over time, even if they weren't what initially brought them to the program. During coaching calls and discussions, we'll tailor the conversations to your individual needs and priorities.

What happens after I enroll?

  • Once you join, you’ll receive immediate access to the learning portal so you can get started right away. Every Sunday at midnight EST, you’ll receive access to next week’s trainings, giving you time to soak it all in and apply the concepts you learn.

How much time should I commit to the program?

  • Each group call takes 1 hour. The trainings and reflections should also take around one hour a week. However, you have the flexibility to set your own pace.

What if I miss a coaching call?

  • Group coaching calls are recorded and uploaded to the learning platform, so you can watch them later if you're unable to attend live.

Can I move through the program at my own pace?

  • Absolutely. Although new lessons are released gradually over the 16-week program, there is no expectation that you complete everything each week. I encourage you to work at a pace that feels manageable for your health and circumstances. You'll also continue to have access to the program materials after the program ends, allowing you to revisit the content whenever you need it.

You cover a lot. What if I get overwhelmed?

  • That's completely understandable. The program is intentionally designed to prevent information overload. New content is released gradually over 16 weeks, allowing you to focus on just a few lessons at a time. There is no pressure to keep up, and you're encouraged to work at a pace that feels sustainable for you.

I've already done a lot of research. Will I still benefit from this program?

  • I'll be honest: if you've spent years researching POTS and chronic illness, you may not learn a tremendous amount of brand-new information. Much of what we cover may be information you've encountered before, but it's presented in a way that helps you understand how the pieces fit together. We take things step by step and focus on implementation rather than information alone. The program is ultimately more about doing than learning. It's not about consuming more content. It's about taking consistent action and small steps forward over time.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

  • I know what it’s like to not have the funds to access care. This is what also delayed my diagnosis. If you are applying for disability, currently on disability, or in an area of the world where the cost is prohibitive, reach out and we’ll see what we can do. For sliding scale considerations, 20% of the program slots are available. So, email me and let’s talk. If you are truly determined to make this program work, I’ll work with you to ensure your success.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

  • In many cases, yes. If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may be able to use those funds toward the program. Please check with your HSA/FSA provider, as eligibility varies. A note from your healthcare provider may be required.

What if I change my mind after joining?

  • I understand that joining a program is a significant decision. If you decide the POTS Possibilitation Program isn't the right fit for you within the first 14 days, you may request a prorated refund in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Different People. Different Journeys.

Every person enters the program with a different health history, symptoms, and level of disability. While no two journeys look the same, I hope these stories help you see that meaningful progress is possible, and perhaps help you find someone whose experience resonates with your own.
