The POTS Possibilitation Program
Regain your energy, minimize your symptoms, and get back to living your life.
Why Possibilitation?

While rehabilitation is typically about restoring something to its former condition, you’ve likely already realized that POTS has changed your life and forced you to re-examine it. There is no going back, but there is a chance for new possibilities. It’s an opportunity to create a life you’ve always wanted with the values and ideas you hold dear. What’s possible for you?

What’s possible for you on your healing journey?
#internal_Pain Points
-
At the doctor’s office, they tell you to drink more water, add salt to your water, and wear compression stockings.

-
When you turn to Google (yes, they advise against it, but when you’re alone and no one gets it, what other options do you have?), you find lots of different “cures.”

-
You are probably fed up with researching the latest treatments and sifting through scientific articles.

-
You have tried hyperbaric oxygen, countless supplements, all kinds of questionable procedures, brain retraining, and more.

-
While some of these attempts may seem to make a slight difference, overall, you might feel like your condition is either worsening or stagnating.

-
Everywhere you look, it seems that people are claiming to have gotten better through different methods. How are you supposed to find your own path to recovery?

-
You might feel stuck, trying different approaches but unsure if they are the right ones. It’s as if you’re missing a roadmap.
I’M HERE TO HELP YOU FIX THAT!
It’s time to gain more clarity about your next steps forward, implement these changes, and finally see results.

-
If you’ve recently been diagnosed with POTS or suspect you have it, the sooner you begin, the better. It’s ideal to start early, before any further dysfunction occurs.
-
If you’ve been dealing with symptoms for a while, it might be time to consider a different approach.
While you can certainly find a multitude of articles online and experiment (as there is no shortage of information), the process can take years. Do you want to get there faster?
#internal_section_about_program/approach
This program operates much like an antibiotic. Although some antibiotics do not directly kill bacteria, they halt the growth of bacterial colonies, allowing the body to do the rest. Our program aims for a similar approach. We strive to minimize interference and let the body do what it does best: achieving homeostasis and healing itself.
Regardless of what initially triggered your autonomic dysfunction, it’s as if your body got stuck in a constant sympathetic overdrive, attempting to combat the issue. This nervous system overdrive can compromise your immune system, making it difficult to fight off infections or diseases. This dysregulation affects various factors, such as inflammation and serotonin levels.
Our approach involves working in harmony with the body and mind to restore balance. This method has been proven to reduce individual and cellular stress, lower inflammation, improve immune function, and even influence epigenetic pathways. In doing so, it assists in achieving self- and auto-regulation by allowing the body to find its point of balance.
This condition affects various aspects of the body and multiple systems. Addressing a single symptom or organ (respiratory, nervous, renal, immune system, etc.) won’t lead to substantial progress. What’s needed is a comprehensive holistic approach, one that doesn’t rely on a single magic solution or approach but rather combines a diverse set of therapeutic inputs to address you holistically and uniquely.
Change is inevitable, and you’ve likely observed how your symptoms have evolved and shifted over time. This indicates that your body is constantly working behind the scenes to adapt. The good news is that we can influence this change.
Introducing . . . the only program that integrates all the necessary holistic lifestyle changes into one cohesive package.
While there are a lot of programs out there that focus on one aspect of working with the body, I created this program because I grew tired of shuttling myself between all the different areas. Oftentimes, what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why it’s important to approach the nervous system from all angles.

Everyone has a different tempo of recovery, which is why different strategies are needed. That’s why we tackle all areas, as you will find that it’s a combination of factors that contribute to improvement. You’ll learn about these factors in the program, and consistency is key. This is where health coaching and community support come in, helping you stay as okay as possible on this path. Being surrounded by others who are on a similar path and actively taking steps forward is so worth it.
#internal_The Program
A straightforward 3-phase program. Unlike other programs that are woo-woo, impractical, or vague, my 3-step program is a step-by-step approach to health that gives you the EXACT steps to follow.
Step 1: Pacing and Nervous System Regulation
a. Stop the boom and bust. This is the foundation of our program. Without this step, the other two phases will not be nearly as effective. What are we trying to accomplish here? We’re striving to prevent overexertion, avoiding those crashes that lead to prolonged recovery periods. You may have noticed that every time you experience a crash, your energy levels seem to plummet even further. We want to break this cycle and cease adding fuel to the fire. By conserving energy, your body can allocate the necessary resources to support the immune system, allowing the mitochondria to generate more fuel for your recovery. This gradual process aims to enhance your endurance and provide greater stability.
b. When your body experienced the initial injury or condition, it was as if it got stuck in a constant fight or flight mode, or even a freeze response. Regulating the nervous system is crucial, as it supports your immune function. This, in turn, helps combat any pesky pathogens that might be lurking and further weakening your body. It helps strengthen your currently weakened army, assists with digestion, and reduces muscle discomfort. (Side note, did you know that the majority of people with POTS are women?). Nervous system regulation also helps maintain hormonal homeostasis. When your nervous system is not in homeostasis, it drains your body’s resources rapidly, sapping your energy. By reducing this constant drain, you can experience increased energy levels.
Step 2: Diet and the Enteric Nervous System
a. Feed your body the fuel it needs to recover. Food is information. Nutrients supply crucial information to your body about how to function. The right kind of food can reduce inflammation, supply necessary nutrients to support a strong immune system, regulate hormones, and boost overall energy levels. There are short-term diets designed to minimize triggers and histamine as well as long-term dietary approaches aimed at promoting optimal health. The intricate connection between the gut and the brain is commonly referred to as the "gut-brain axis." Within this relationship, the vagus nerve plays a crucial role in transmitting signals between the gut and the brain. The foods you consume can influence the composition of the gut microbiota, which can, in turn, affect the signaling between the gut and the brain through the vagus nerve.
b. The beauty of our approach lies in its versatility; we address the nervous system through more ways than just pacing, tackling it from multiple directions. Recognizing the uniqueness of each individual, our focus may shift toward improving digestion and reintroducing foods, especially if their diet has been restrictive. This phase is also dedicated to exploring root causes, offering the opportunity to order lab tests to get to the root cause of the problem.
Step 3: Movement
a. Strengthen the body for improved blood flow. This phase is designed to enhance your body’s strength, redirecting blood flow from pooling in your feet to circulating efficiently to the heart and upper body.

b. POTS often involves challenges such as low blood volume or impaired blood flow. Exercise can stimulate the body to increase blood volume, potentially reducing symptoms associated with blood pooling and inadequate circulation. Strengthening leg muscles through exercise enhances venous return, reducing blood pooling in the lower extremities and mitigating symptoms like lightheadedness and fainting. Exercise also helps improve the function of the autonomic nervous system, which is often dysregulated in POTS. Our approach not only prepares you for movement but also ensures that you don’t overexert yourself. We explore diverse ways to move your body that can aid with regulating the nervous system.

Feature A: Movement
The program systematically guides you through each element, ensuring that you not only learn but actively implement the strategies. This structured approach is intentional—designed to prevent you from feeling overwhelmed. Each week, you receive purposeful videos that are thoughtfully curated to build upon one another, creating a sense of continuity. Rather than overwhelming you with tools, we take a methodical, step-by-step approach to ensure a manageable and effective learning journey.
img
Feature B: Community
Living with a condition like POTS can be challenging and alienating. Our community is here to foster a sense of belonging and shared experiences. If you’ve ever felt alone, being a part of this community will show you that you’re not. Many others share the exact symptoms you’re going through. The sense of shame you might be feeling will soon dissipate. Hearing from fellow members will also provide you with fresh insights and perspectives, potentially offering valuable strategies that could benefit you.

365-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You’ll be backed by a 365-day money-back guarantee.
The POTS Possibilitation Program is a practical, step-by-step guide designed for individuals committed to their healing journey.
By the end of the 365 days, you will have had the opportunity to not only learn but also apply what you’ve learned in this program and see what results it’s had for you. This period allows you to make an informed decision about the effectiveness of the program. If you find that it hasn’t helped you, you get your money back.
However, there’s a crucial requirement—you must demonstrate that you’ve actively engaged in the program and did the work. The reason behind this is simple: Nothing works if you don’t do the work.
People confuse buying with accomplishing. They'll buy a program and think they're taking action. But, weeks later, when they haven't even logged into their account, they request a refund, convincing themselves that the course was no good.
So, to ensure mutual commitment, let’s make a deal.
I will guide you step by step on your POTS healing journey, but you must have skin in the game too. You have to show up and do the work. Otherwise, you'll be wasting both our time.
If, by the end of the year, you find that your symptoms haven’t improved and you remain overwhelmed and confused about the next steps, simply reach out to us within 365 days, show that you’ve put in the work, and you’ll get your program fee back.

FAQ
Do you only work with people with POTS?
-
I work with individuals experiencing autonomic dysfunction or dysautonomia, of which POTS is one type. This includes people with conditions like long COVID, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, MCAS, and so on. Since autonomic dysfunction is often present in these conditions, the program can be beneficial.
Do I have to have a POTS diagnosis?
-
It takes 4 years for the average person to get a pots diagnosis. I know the struggle, because while I was waiting for a diagnosis, I got worse. Don’t wait for a diagnosis. A lot of the lifestyle changes we make and talk about in this program are designed to help individuals facing various health challenges, not just POTS.
What happens after I enroll?
-
Once you join through the secure order form below, you’ll receive immediate access to the learning portal so you can get started right away. Every Sunday at midnight EST, you’ll receive access to next week’s trainings, giving you time to soak it all in and apply the concepts you learn.
What if I only need help with one of these things?
-
You will still receive access to the entire program. You might be surprised by what you learn in the other modules. But you’re in the driver’s seat. You’re in charge. Although you may have a primary focus, you have the flexibility to choose and go at your own pace during meetings and discussions.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
-
I know what it’s like to not have the funds to access care. This is what also delayed my diagnosis. If you are applying for disability, currently on disability, or in an area of the world where the cost is prohibitive, reach out and we’ll see what we can do. For sliding scale considerations, 20% of the program slots are available. So, email me and let’s talk. If you are truly determined to make this program work, I’ll work with you to ensure your success.
What if I want other kinds of support?
-
I offer a 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit but also to customize your package if you feel you need more support. Perhaps you feel you need more one-on-one support. We can talk about that during the call. Nothing is set in stone.
What if I only want one session?
-
You can book a single, one-on-one, 50-minute coaching session HERE. This is particularly beneficial if you are already following a plan set out by another program or navigating multiple departments in a hospital and feel overwhelmed with how to make sense of it all. This option is great for that. It’s important to note that this session does not serve as a substitute for your doctor, so I cannot provide a diagnosis for POTS or recommend medications or supplements.
How much time should I commit to the program?
-
Each week’s call takes 1 hour. The trainings and reflections should also take around one hour a week. However, you have the flexibility to set your own pace.
You cover a lot. What if I get overwhelmed?
-
You get access to the modules as long as the program exists. The content is released gradually, allowing you to revisit it at your own pace. There is also no pressure to do the modules week by week. I encourage you to work at your own pace. Plus, support is available beyond the initial 4 months if needed.
What new info will I learn here?
-
I’ll be honest; if you’ve been doing a lot of research over the past few years, you might not learn all that much. It’s a lot of the information you might’ve already known but presented in a way that feels new, as we take it step by step and tie it all together. However, the program is more about doing than learning. That’s the key. It’s not about content; it's about taking consistent action and tiny steps forward—no matter what.
365-Day Money-Back Guarantee

My job is to protect the integrity of this group. When you’re healing, it’s a delicate time, and being surrounded by individuals who uplift rather than drag you down is crucial. In general, as human beings, we are inherently delicate and sensitive to the inputs we receive.
This program is not for you if:
-
You want quick solutions. There might be a magic pill or supplement that you can take that can make all your symptoms go away. However, for most people, that’s not the case. It takes some work and dedication.
-
You don’t think any kind of improvement is possible. Intent is one of the most important factors I’ve observed that contributes to success. If you come into the program with skepticism, then this might not work for you, as you won’t engage fully with the program. You’ll find ways to sabotage yourself.
Have we met?

My name is Ioana, a board-certified health and wellness coach. I founded this program after my own struggles with POTS. I was fueled by my frustration of not finding a comprehensive solution. Many programs offered singular approaches, overlooking the complexity of this condition that affects each individual uniquely.
I used to have crippling POTS symptoms that made it hard to do anything. My heart rate would soar to 170 upon standing, and even sitting up became a struggle. At one point, I could barely walk from my bed to the couch in the other room. Luckily, medications helped me a lot, but they were no better than using a Band-Aid; they only provided temporary relief. Within a year, most of my symptoms came back with a vengeance. Through a comprehensive and consistent approach, I was able to eliminate over 90% of my symptoms. I now wake up without symptoms, work out, shower, and go to the grocery store all in one day. Before, I couldn’t even do one of those tasks in a week.
