Are your symptoms keeping you feeling stuck and overwhelmed?

It might feel impossible to get unstuck—as though you'll always be where you are now, or worse.

You're struggling with palpitations, crushing fatigue, temperature intolerance, dizziness, brain fog, and a dozen other symptoms. It feels like you're playing whack-a-mole, as new symptoms seem to appear just as others improve.

Perhaps you're tired of paying for every good day with a crash the next day.

Perhaps you're exhausted from being told your symptoms are anxiety, stress, or "all in your head."

Perhaps you're doing everything you can to get better, but still feel lost, confused, and overwhelmed.

The good news is that things can change.

It is possible to have more good days.

It is possible to better understand your symptoms and your body's signals.

It is possible to experience greater stability, confidence, and independence.

And it is possible to build a life that isn't completely dominated by illness.

My goal isn't to help you fight your body harder.

It's to help you understand it better.

Together, we'll explore how to work with your body rather than against it, so you can spend less time managing symptoms and more time living your life.

What’s Missing From Most POTS Treatment Plans

if you've ever felt like you're doing everything you're supposed to be doing and still aren't making the progress you'd hoped for, this free 3-day video series is for you.

Most POTS treatment plans focus on individual pieces of the puzzle. This training will help you understand how pacing, nutrition, movement, and the nervous system work together—and why looking at the bigger picture helps you understand your symptoms better.

The POTS Possibilation Program

If the free training helps you see how the pieces fit together, the POTS Possibilitation Program is where we begin putting those pieces into practice.

This is a step-by-step coaching program designed for people with POTS and related conditions who want support rebuilding stability, confidence, and capacity in a way that actually fits their body.

Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed. They've tried different approaches, consumed endless information, and are exhausted from trying to figure everything out on their own. They feel stuck.

The goal isn't to give you another protocol to follow. It's to help you better understand your body, make thoughtful decisions, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Inside the program, we focus on pacing, nervous system regulation, nourishment, movement, and daily habits. Not as separate protocols, but as parts of one interconnected system.

You'll move through the process one step at a time. There are clear weekly actions, individualized support, and a small community of people who understand what it's like to live with chronic symptoms.

The goal isn't simply to give you more information.

It’s to understand your body better, support it from multiple angles, and create more good days with fewer days ruled by symptoms.

“I thought my life would be me having to sleep through most it, but now I don't even need to take naps during the week! All of my symptoms decreased by half, and that is huge for me."
— Brittany, USA

“I went to a party two weeks ago, and I was playing on the piano for 4 hours! And for me, this is just great! I'm traveling again, and I can see my friends. So a lot of things are possible again."
— Nina, Germany

“I'm now at the point where I'm not bedridden...just being able to do these activities that I thought I would never be able to do because I didn't know what was happening. I think we all need someone who understands what we're going through. “

— Rita, Australia

Now I walk with neighbors... I'm driving again. I did not know, even as a nurse, how to manage these symptoms and how to manage the challenges. I couldn't have done this by myself."
— Diana, USA

Hi there! My name is Ioana.

I help people just like you navigate your chronic illness journey. Why am I so passionate about this? Because I've been there, and my goal is to help others get unstuck much faster than I did.

I received my diagnosed in 2017 after years of seeking answers. My heart rate was in the 170s whenever I stood, I struggled with fatigue just walking from room to room, and I could only tolerate temperatures between 18° and 22° Celsius. Additionally, I faced difficulty keeping food down, among other challenges.

The medications I was taking greatly helped, but I realized they were just a Band-Aid. Through years of experimentation, I learned how the different pieces fit together, and with time and support, I was able to integrate those changes into my life, gradually healing my body.

I can now hike, grocery shop, and live a full and active life once again. Once I became better, I was determined to share this with the world.
